We can help with account questions, technical issues, deletion requests, and safety or under-18 reports.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your IDLING account without signing into the app:
- Open Delete account on this website.
- Enter the email on your account and the verification code we send you.
- Confirm deletion. You will receive email confirmation when the request is accepted.
You can also delete in the IDLING app under Settings → Delete account.
If you cannot use email verification, write to support@idlingapp.com from the address associated with your account.
Note: Deleting your account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage those in the store settings on your device.

We aim to reply as soon as we can. Safety and under-18 reports submitted in-app or by email are prioritised for human review within 72 hours where applicable.
